Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.
Hairlyne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages—please ensure your shipping address is correct.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept exchanges if the hair is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless an order is incorrect due to our error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with photos.
4. Payment & Fraud Prevention Policy
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
All transactions are subject to verification for fraud prevention.
Any chargebacks or fraudulent activity will result in a permanent ban from ordering.
5. Custom & Pre-Order Policy
Custom orders require 2 weeks for processing before shipping.
Pre-orders must be paid in full and cannot be canceled or refunded.

We provide detailed hair care instructions with every order to ensure longevity.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
